Follow your breath. The breath is your only hope to quiet this mind.

You can’t quiet the mind by telling it to be quiet, it doesn’t pull itself up by its own bootstraps.

The idea of the spiritual path is that each breath that you take you relate to your divine consciousness, your inner light, each breath you remember who you are, you continually bring yourself back to your breath.

So as your mind begins to wander bring it back to your breath.
